Ready to welcome you to The White Horse are the Silks Team, headed by Paul and Sarah Bingham who have had a career in hospitality spanning 30 years, employed at some of the country’s finest four and five star hotels. Paul has worked as a Chef at Lainston House before moving to Pennyhill Park in Surrey where he was Executive Chef and Sarah Head Housekeeper.
Their joint passion for hospitality led them to the quintessentially English setting of the Star at East Tytherley. This was their first business venture and was a tremendous success. They were awarded two AA rosettes and numerous other accolades.
Now firmly at the reigns of the White Horse, their ethos of genuine hospitality and a home from home approach is apparent on arrival at the hotel; the staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
